production
Production always begins with the idea of a piece of jewellery. We design our pieces of jewelry in the heart of Bavaria and then create prototypes. These are created in the most modern 3D printers and manufactured in wax. However, we then discard most of the models because we keep checking that every single piece of jewelry is perfect. Only when we like it 100% does the actual production begin.
For production, the wax pattern serves as a so-called master for the blank. Since we do not mass produce, each individual piece of jewelery is painstakingly handcrafted by our goldsmiths. It is not a goldsmith who is responsible for the piece of jewelry, but different goldsmiths. Our production consists of several employees who have perfected the respective work steps for themselves and thus make each individual KUDIA piece of jewelry what it is in the end: A unique piece of jewelry in the highest perfection. The individual production steps are e.g. the casting of the gold (the so-called casting), the forging, the setting of the diamonds, the engraving or the polishing of the piece of jewellery.
What is special about our production is that quality control takes place after each of these steps. In this way, after each production step, we can ensure that the piece of jewelery is perfect and error-free at every stage. Quality is the basis for our pieces of jewelry as daily companions.
